The Irish Half Crown, also known as the "2 and 6" (two shillings sixpence), was minted in silver from 1928 to 1943. This rare beauty of a coin ring depicts the classic Irish Harp with the words Saorstat Eireann on the outside, meaning the "The Freestate of Ireland". The inside depicts the Irish Hunter, a famous breed of sport horses.
It's very difficult to acquire crowns that can survive the forging process AND retain the gorgeous detail, I am only creating several of these. Once they're gone, they're gone.
All of our genuine gemstones are sourced from Tel Aviv. We highly recommend the Emerald for this ring.
The ring comes in a bezel setting.
After placing your order, we will ship a ring sizer to you and hold your order until you confirm your ring size to us. The ring will be delivered to you ensure the fit is perfect by making any necessary size adjustments before adding the gem.
Use the prepaid shipping label to return the ring once you're happy with the fit and we will begin setting the gemstone into your new coin ring!
Because of the custom process of setting the gemstone into your ring we cannot offer size exchanges for free.
