Returns

If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, please let us know if there is anything we can do to make it right (resizing, refinishing, etc,). Our sole goal is to provide you with a piece of jewelry you will be proud of for years to come.

If a solution to your concern cannot be found, you can return your purchase within 60 days for a full refund*. To initiate a return, send email to terry@silverstatefoundry.com and you will receive a shipping label, packaging, and instructions.

Cancellations

You can cancel your order for a full refund within 2 days by sending email to terry@silverstatefoundry.com.

Refunds

Refunds, either for returns or cancellations, will be processed withing 10 business days of receiving the returned item or notification of order cancellation. The funds will be charged back to the same payment method you originally used to make the purchase.

* Gold rings are excluded.
