Domestic Shipping Policy

Shipment processing time

Made to Order Rings

Most of our rings are made to order, just for you. The turnaround time on the order creation can be anywhere from 1-2 weeks. Exceptional circumstances to turnaround times will be communicated via email once your order is placed. 

 

Shipping rates & delivery estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

 

Delivery delays can occasionally occur. Please allow for an additional 3-5 days during Christmas season.

Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses

Silver State Foundry ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and APO/FPO/DPO addresses.

Shipment Confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Customs, Duties and Taxes

Silver State Foundry is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

Damages

Although Silver State Foundry is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping, please let us know if your item arrives damaged and we will work with you for a replacement.

Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim with the carrier.

International Shipping Policy

We ship internationally. The cost for international shipping is calculated at checkout.

Please note that international orders may take an additional 2 weeks or more for shipping. Plan accordingly when placing your order.

Many countries require a customs fee to be paid before receiving your item. Silver State Foundry is not responsible for this fee.
