Each ring begins as a real .900/.9999 fine silver coin — a Morgan Dollar, a Walking Liberty half, or a modern Silver Eagle — struck decades apart but united by the same silversmithing process.

The Walking Liberty half dollar, minted from 1916 to 1947, is widely regarded as one of the most beautiful coin designs the U.S. Mint ever produced — the same design later revived for the modern American Silver Eagle.
