BRITISH INDIA ONE RUPEE SILVER COIN RING (1847-1901)
Made from .917 silver. This coin was minted by the East India Company and the Indian Government under British direction from 1870 – 1919. Depicts a detailed wreath on one side and various monarchs on the other. This makes a beautiful ring perfect for a special lady that captures a bygone era.
All of our rings are made to order. This ring is estimated to take 6-8 days to ship from order date.
HANDCRAFTED IN NEVADA
We are a veteran owned small business. Each ring is "Made in USA" in-house by our US Army veteran in our Reno, Nevada studio.
The quality and workmanship is excellent. I ordered a size 8 which turned out to be slightly loose so my jewelry repair guy is adding a sizing bar inside. I'll pick it up tomorrow. I love it and I am going to contact Terry about fashioning a cross out of a coin. How cool would they be?!
Will be giving this as a gift to my wife for our 25th. I’m sure she will love. I loved the outstanding service. Thx
This is our 2nd and definitely not last purchase! Love our rings!
My gf was looking at this ring and I wanted to order but didn't know her size. Thankfully, her mom did, although I think she thought I was going to buy her an engagement ring. Someday, maybe, but she loved this one a ton.
Good fit, fast service. I'm hoping you'll make me a ring out of a Thai coin after my trip in November.
What a beautiful ring! I've always liked silver over gold, and I love 'vintage' jewelry, so this is perfect for me.
this ring reminds me of our 20th anniversary trip to India. My husband bought it for me and it is absolutely beautiful.
I purchased a one Rupee silver ring for my wife as an anniversary gift - it is absolutely beautiful!!!! I love how Terry gives you the choice between keeping the patina or offering a higher gloss version (I think the patina rocks!). Not only is his jewelry beautiful, but he is quick to help with any questions and will do everything it takes to make sure you are thrilled with your ring! He moved mountains for me to make sure I got mine on time (I ordered it way later than I should have for my anniversary. I am such a procrastinator! And I live on the other side of the country). I'm planning on ordering more from him to commemorate past and future travels (rings make amazing pendants, too!)
