We are confident you will love each piece as soon as you slip it on but we understand bumps happen in life. We guarantee each piece we create 100%. If it doesn't fit, needs resizing, whatever the reason, we want to make it right for you.
Can I cancel my order?
Notify us of your desire to cancel your order within 48 hours of placing it and we'll refund your full purchase price. This policy excludes orders that have already shipped - often we get orders in the mail the same or next day. It also excludes orders requiring the sourcing of a specific coin (all gold orders, specific year orders, or order where a customer requested a coin not on the website).
How do returns work?
If for any reason you not happy with your purchase, we will send a full refund within 60 days after delivery*. It is completely optional, but we would like to know what to improve so any feedback is appreciated in your email.
Please send your refund request to terry@silverstatefoundry.com. Your email needs to include: 1) name your order was placed under and 2) order number.
DO NOT send the product back to the return address on the box you received. You will be provided a shipping address via email once your return request has been received.
How do exchanges work?
If you need to exchange your ring for a different size, send an email to terry@silverstatefoundry.com with 1) size you need, 2) name your order was placed under and 3) order number letting us know this is an exchange.
