This is one-of-one, I've never come across this coin again. It is .999 fine silver and originally had a patina finish, which has been removed. But a very faint shadow around the lettering gives the detail some depth. 

It is a size 10 and can be sized larger up to 2 full sizes, or smaller a half size. Once you place your order, reply to the confirmation email letting me know what size you want.
