Returns & Final Sale

Return policy depends on what you ordered — mainly whether it's a standard silver piece or something tied to live gold pricing or a specific coin. Here's exactly how it breaks down.

Heritage Silver Pieces

These can be returned.

You've got 60 days from delivery, as long as the piece is:

  • Unworn
  • In its original condition
  • Free of damage or alteration

Custom sizing doesn't affect your return eligibility — sized pieces can be returned too.

You'll cover return shipping. Once we get the piece back and check it over, we'll refund you in full to your original payment method.

Sovereign Gold Allocations

These are final sale — no returns.

Here's why: gold pricing moves with the live market, so once we source and forge a gold piece for your order, that coin and that cost are locked in on our end. We can't undo that the way we can with silver.

That said, lifetime resizing, refinishing, and restoration are still included — final sale just means we can't take the piece back, not that we stop supporting it.

Legacy Chamber Commissions

These are also final sale.

This is our category for one-of-a-kind work — converting a coin you've sent us, memorial inlays, that kind of thing. Once we've forged something like that, it can't be unmade or resold, so we don't accept returns on it.

Lifetime resizing, refinishing, and restoration still apply here too, wherever they're relevant to the piece.

Cancellations

Whether you can cancel depends on whether we had to go source a specific coin for you.

Standard silver coins (Morgan Silver Dollars, Walking Liberty Half Dollars, American Silver Eagles): we keep these on hand, so you can cancel anytime before we ship.

Gold, Legacy Chamber work, or any order where you asked for a specific coin or year: you can cancel only before we go source that coin. Once we've ordered it on your behalf, it's yours — we can't undo that purchase on our end. Heads up: we often start sourcing fast, sometimes within 2-4 hours of your order coming in.

Shipping Damage or Loss

If a carrier loses or damages your piece on its way to you, we'll sort it out — every shipment is insured, and we'll handle the claim and get you a resolution.
