The Gold Eagle, at its most delicate
Same design. Same standard. Scaled for a slender hand.
The quarter-ounce American Gold Eagle is a coin the U.S. Mint strikes in its own right, not a larger coin cut down. It carries Saint-Gaudens’ full Liberty design, the same 22k gold standard, and the same government guarantee, at 22mm across.
That smaller field is the reason this ring exists. Forged from it, Liberty’s stride, the rays of the sun and the date all hold their detail on a band that sits light and close on the finger. It’s real gold with no plating and nothing added, sized for a hand the larger coins would overwhelm.
Minted by the U.S. Mint since 1986, the American Gold Eagle is the nation’s official gold bullion coin.
Each ½ oz coin contains exactly ½ troy ounce of pure gold, struck in 22‑karat alloy for added durability. The design features Saint‑Gaudens’ iconic Liberty and either the family of eagles or post‑2021 eagle‑head reverse—symbols of heritage, strength, and American pride.
